Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition can be return to us and will generally be accepted if the items are returned within 30 days after receiving the goods (for both local and international orders). However, please be advise that we will handle each return request on a case-by-case basis and there can be times where we could not accomodate a return due to various reasons. Furthermore, please take note that shipping costs of the returned goods will be borne by customers unless stated otherwise.
Before making a return, customers are advised to notify us at email@example.com by quoting the order number and the product details in order to speed up the process.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable too. If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
